Martin Bonnard

Postdoctorant au département d’histoire de l’art et d’études en communication de l’Université McGill et membre du Laboratoire de recherche sur les pratiques audiovisuelles documentaires (labdoc) de l’Université du Québec à Montréal, Martin Bonnard est spécialiste de la diffusion en ligne du cinéma. Il a déposé sa thèse de doctorat en communication (UQAM) dans laquelle il traite de l’actualisation de l’expérience cinéma par les catalogues cinéphiles de vidéo par abonnement. Ses recherches portent notamment sur la matérialité du visionnement en ligne dans une approche historique liant les études cinématographiques et médiatiques.

Il a développé une pratique de conception et de mise en ligne de webdocumentaires de recherche, notamment en participant aux projets : Up the High Line. New York sous le regard du cinéma (2014) et plus récemment Sur les soins (2020). Il collabore aujourd’hui à la conception web et à la mise en ligne d’un webdocumentaire intitulé Les infirmières de la folie (2021).
